Dryfruit Milk-Shake Recipe

Soak cashew nuts, almonds, figs, walnuts in water in a deep bowl for 30 minutes. It makes shake thick and creamy. If you like it to be thin then use fewer dry fruits.

Strain it using a strainer to discard the water and peel off the skin of the almonds. Soak dates too if they are not soft but if they are soft then there is no need to soak them.

Blend Soaked nuts, 3/4th cup of chilled milk and sugar if needed in a blender till smooth.

Add cardamom powder it helps in digestion, keeps the body cool, and adds flavor to the milkshake. You can skip it if you don’t like cardamom flavor.

Add the remaining 1/4th milk and mix it till smoother. Add sugar if you want, you can add upto 1-2 teaspoons of sugar.

Add a pinch of saffron to it.

Pour the mixture in a serving glass.

Garnish with 1 tea spoon of mixed dry fruits and serve immediately.

You can also garnish your milkshake with seeds like pumpkin seeds, soaked chia seeds for more nutrition and enhanced taste.
